Shipping, Order Cancellations and Arrival Times

ONCE PROCESSED, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your order has already processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you are unsure of which product(s) to order, contact us before placing your order. Once the order is placed it cannot be canceled or revised.

For orders shipping to the US: Please allow 14 days for delivery. However, we cannot guarantee delivery time within this period. Once the order has shipped we have no control over the postal delivery system. All orders are shipped out with delivery confirmation.

For International Orders: Please allow 30 days for delivery. However, we cannot guarantee delivery time within this period. Once the order has shipped, we have no control over the postal delivery system. All orders are shipped out with delivery confirmation. All International shipments will require a signature upon receipt.

Keep in mind that Nirvana by Natalie M. does not control postal service (In the case of International Orders this is even more significant). Once the order has been processed and shipped out, it is up to the respective Postal services to deliver the item. Nirvana by Natalie M. is not responsible for damaged or lost items due to the negligence of any postal service.

Nirvana by Natalie M. does require a $10.00 minimum purchase for all mail orders.

Product Return Policies

Skin and Hair care Products/Gift Ensembles

No refunds, all sales final, exchanges only. Due to the cosmetic nature of the products we carry, we never re-sell returned items.

Our staff double-checks all orders carefully and packs all orders carefully to ensure safe transit to your location. If you receive an incorrect order you must contact us within 5 days to receive the correct item.

Exchanges are only acceptable if the item is unopened, in original packaging, unused in new condition, or defective/damaged due to shipping.

We cannot exchange any products that have been opened or used.

If a product is returned and accepted as an exchange the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged in transit. Proof of damage is required prior to return.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

All sales are final; refunds are not allowed under any circumstance.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on Samples or Bonuses.

Return Procedure

In order to initiate the return of your merchandise, contact us at nourishingspirits@nirvanabynataliem.com for further instructions. Upon acceptance of exchange, a return authorization number (RA#) will be issued to you. You will need the RA# along with a copy of your receipt and all original packaging to be eligible for the exchange terms listed above.
