Nirvana by Natalie M. accepts no liability for any alleged harm resulting from the use or misuse of information given on our products. The individual, deciding to purchase skincare products, assumes any risk of adverse allergic effects from the use or misuse of any suggestions they may read.

Our products contain all natural ingredients which are usually non-allergenic and non-irritating for normal persons. We are not responsible for personal allergies to these common ingredients.

Upon the purchase of Nirvana by Natalie M’s products, the consumer agrees to the following AGREEMENT: You agree to release Nirvana by Natalie M, its employees and suppliers, from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, charges, demands, and damages whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of any product or suggestion made on our website (this includes but is not limited to any claims and legal fees of defending or prosecuting said claim).

We recommend consumers follow all of our recommendations carefully. As with all skincare products, some clients may be allergic or sensitive to certain ingredients. If you believe your skin to be damaged, irritated or too sensitive, you may want to refrain from ordering these products. Always test the product out on a small area of skin, particularly if you have sensitive skin.
